MOBILE OUTREACH

Mobile Outreach Program aims to improve access to information, assistance delivery, and the overall protection environment while building on the skills, capacities, and knowledge of the community and empowering them to play a central role in resolving issues and improving living conditions. 


OUTREACH VOLUNTEER PROGRAM (OVP)

This program is aimed at strengthening communities of concern, in particular those living far from Johor Bahru. To start, the volunteers will be supporting information dissemination to their respective communities and the role will eventually evolve towards monitoring protection concerns within communities, understanding their needs and priorities, and identifying the most vulnerable individuals and those in need of specific assistance.


HOLISTIC CASE MANAGEMENT

JOCC conducted holistic case management for individuals at-risk on comprehensive issues related to GBV and women at risk, child protection, health, and other protection concerns.


ENGAGING MEN IN ACCOUNTABLE PRACTICE (EMAP)

EMAP offers an innovative model for working constructively with men to examine the gendered impact of conflict and how they have been socialized, which are crucial steps in creating a world where women and girls are valued, equal and free from violence.


PSYCHOSOCIAL & MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

As part of case management, JOCC provided psychosocial and mental health support to the refugees in Johor.
